One of the primary goals and purposes of the St. Louis Media History Foundation is to make our St. Louis Media Archive available for you. Click here to search our vast archives. [note: searching will take you to a separate tab]

The materials posted by the St. Louis Media History Foundation are elements of St. Louis media history that have been collected and made available for their historical and research value.  The materials contained within this site are presented for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.  This site pays tribute to those whose works are displayed.
Members of the media often view their work as transitory, intended only for a particular time and place, so the formalities required for copyright protection prior to 1989 often were not followed with many media publications.  Thus, many of the materials displayed here may be in the public domain.  Other works are displayed here based on the fair use doctrine of copyright law.  We encourage any user who wishes to use or further publish these materials to investigate the copyright status of the material.  In the event any copyright owner or claimant believes its work has been improperly used here, please contact the webmaster at info@stlmedia.com.
